By accessing and using the Click2Rides service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Click2Rides service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Ride Services

Click2Rides provides ride-hailing services through our network of drivers:

• We connect riders with third-party transportation providers
• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
• We reserve the right to cancel any ride request at our discretion
• Riders are expected to treat drivers and their vehicles with respect

4. Payments and Fees

All rides are subject to the following payment terms:

• Payment must be made through our approved payment methods
• Fares are subject to change without prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, cancellations, or cleaning fees
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

5. Cancellation Policy

Riders may cancel rides subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is cancelled after a driver has been assigned or after a certain time period.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Damage drivers' vehicles or property
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Interfere with the proper working of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The Click2Rides service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Click2Rides and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Click2Rides, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
